The invention discloses an outdoor set thermo probe fixed structure of air conditioner, which comprises outdoor set, assembly and rack of thermo probe. Outdoor set possesses outdoor heat exchanger of coolant cycle and compressor to compress coolant, thermo probe assembly detects open air temperature then sends measurement result to control component and rack of thermo probe prevents thermo probe assembly being exposed under natural light. The invention prevents thermo probe being exposed under natural light to be heated and so ensures accurate detecting of open-air temperature. Specifically, air-breathing window grille of outdoor heat exchanger equips rack of thermo probe, inboard of which equips thermo probe. When thermo probe isn't heated by natural daylight, it's more exact to detect open-air temperature. So heat pump could process defrosting job at correct time to ensure steady-state operation of air conditioner.
