Embodiment 1

[0026] Combine 45 parts of NaCl and 45 parts of KNO 3 The mixture, 10 parts of F48 epoxy resin, 2 parts of calcium stearate and 3 parts of maleic anhydride are mixed thoroughly, and cured for 2 hours under the conditions of 200℃ and 10MPa, and the core can be manufactured. After the core sample is post-cured at 150°C for 1h, the compressive strength reaches 45MPa, the thermal decomposition temperature reaches 360°C, and the core loss time at 50°C is ≤48h.

Embodiment 2

[0028] Combine 44 parts of KCl and 50 parts of NaCO 3 , 6 parts of FFD386 phenolic resin, 1.5 parts of molybdenum disulfide and 1.2 parts of paraformaldehyde are thoroughly mixed and cured at 170°C and 10MPa for 0.5h to produce the core. After the core sample is cured at 150°C for 1 hour, the compressive strength of the core material reaches 35MPa, the thermal decomposition temperature reaches 370°C, and the core loss time at 40°C is ≤36h.

Embodiment 3

[0030] Put 47 parts of Na 2 SO 4 And 50 copies of KCO 3 , 3 parts of FFD386 phenolic resin, 1.5 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene and 0.3 parts of urotropine are fully mixed uniformly. The processing and testing methods are the same as in Example 2. The compressive strength of the material reaches 36MPa, and the thermal decomposition temperature reaches 390°C. The core loss time under ℃ is ≤36h.

Abstract

A water-soluble material used for the consumable core of injection mould is prepared from water-soluble salt, thermosetting resin and other assistants through hot pressing. It has high instantaneous working temp up to 400 deg.C, high compression strength up to 25 MPa, short consumable time less than 48 hr, and low consumable temp lower than 60 deg.C.

Description

1. Technical Field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of plastic molding technology, and relates to lost core injection molding technology, in particular to core material technology for injection products. 2. Background technology [0002] Loss-core injection molding technology is used to solve the problem that plastic injection molding with complex shapes of three-dimensional curved tubular parts and cavity parts cannot be injection molded by traditional vertical core-pulling or side-pulling mechanisms, such as intake manifolds and water pumps. For cavity products with complex structures such as shells, this technology has been relatively mature in forming parts with complex metal structures. In recent years, with the development of plastic processing technology, there have been a large number of research reports on lost core injection molding technology at home and abroad. [0003] In the lost core injection molding technology, the traditional lost core materia...
