A capsule dosing system having a capsule-type medical treatment section provided with a medicine holding section, a medicine discharging section for discharging a medicine held in the medicine holding section, and a communication section for transmitting to and receiving a signal from the outside; an external device having an external communication section for transmitting to and receiving a signal from the capsule-type medical treatment section; a condition input section for inputting a condition by which the external device operates the medicine discharge section; an information acquiring section for acquiring information with which the condition inputted by the condition input section is compared; and a comparing section for comparing the information acquired by the information acquiring section and the condition inputted by the condition input section.
