Problems solved by technology

[0022] All said processing stages involve very long production times which require positioning and alignment of the different components (or parts), so that there is a possibility of inaccurate and defective connections of the individual components
[0023] Therefore, the manufacture of said holders with bent needles is very expensive
Moreover, said holder with bent needles is also inconvenient to use, since in practice its manufacturing process does not allow the outer part of the needle to be positioned in line with the outer edge of the housing
The distance between the needle and the outer edge of the housing (although shorter than in holders with a central needle) also limits insertion of the needle into the vein and all sampling operations

Embodiment Construction

[0039] figure 1 An isometric view of the new holder is shown, comprising a housing (C) and a shaped needle (A). Figure 2 shows a cross-section of the support. The forming needle (A) consists of three consecutive parts (A1, A2, A3), wherein the two end parts (A1, A3) are parallel and not on the same axis. A middle section (A2) connects said two end sections (A1, A3) and is inclined relative to each of them.

[0040] The two end parts (A1, A3) have angled or beveled tips (A11, A31) to allow piercing and piercing of the skin and vein respectively and the sealing cap of the vacuum test tube, respectively.

[0041] The housing (C) consists of a cylinder (C1) closed at the front side (C2) and having an outer flange or lug (C3) at the other end.

[0042] Apply a shaped needle (A) to the front closure wall (C2) of the housing (C) so that one end (A3) of the needle (A) is located inside the housing (C) and aligned with the cylindrical shape of the housing (C) Part (C1) is coaxial. ...

Abstract

The invention concerns a process for the production of cylindrical holders for vacuum test tubes and the holders obtained therefrom. The process includes the insertion of the straight needle into the moulded holder and the subsequent bending of the needle, so that its outer end adheres to the edge of the casing, thus facilitating the insertion of the needle into the vein. The new disposable holder is particularly useful for said blood sampling, as it guarantees the alignment of the needle with respect to the vein.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a device for blood sampling, in particular, to a holder with a needle for a vein or an artery into which a vacuum tube for blood sampling is inserted, and a method of manufacturing the same. Background technique [0002] Many medical diagnoses require the analysis of blood samples taken directly from a patient's vein. [0003] When blood samples are taken, it is very important to prevent any disease, bacteria, virus and the like from being transmitted from patient to patient and from patient to nurse. [0004] A nurse cannot insert a needle through a vein, penetrating from one side of the vein to the other, as this would create a hematoma in the patient and it would be impossible to obtain a blood sample. [0005] As a tool for extracting blood samples from patients, syringes have been replaced by holders with needles integrated therein, and into which holders various vacuum tubes are inserted at a time. [0006] The ...
