The driver supplies a first rising pulse(Vzb_up1) which rises from a sustain bias voltage(Vzb) to a first voltage(V1), to the sustain electrodes(Z) between an end time of the last scan pulse which is supplied to the scan electrodes during an address period and an applying time of a first sustain pulse which is supplied to the scan electrode or the sustain electrode during a sustain period after the address period.
