The blended fiber comprises polyester and fiber with low melting point. The weight of polyester is 50%-95% of the whole weight of blended fiber and the weight of fiber with low melting point is 5%-50% of the whole weight of blended fiber. The blended fiber is treated by following procedures of mixing, opening, carding, laying, arranging, needling and hot rolling. In arranging active carbon powder is added in, and then the needling is run. The temperature for said hot rolling is 80DEG C-300DEG C. The optimal proportion of added active carbon is 40g-700g / m2. The invention realizes the purpose of strong hygroscopicity and good effect for removal of off flavour.
