Benefits of technology

[0011]2. Two independent elastic elements are employed to pass through two ends of the main body, so as to have a better elasticity and also to provide a labor-saving wearing procedure.
[0012]3. The corresponding elastic elements respectively have a male engaging element and a female engaging element for forming a circular hair hoop through the engagement between the engaging elements, so that the hair hoop can be fixed on the head more easily through a more simplified fixing method which also saves the cost wearing time.
[0013]4. The main body can have decorative designs at the side opposite to the teeth, so that the hair hoop of the present invention can not only have a convenient wearing and fixing structure but also be a beautiful decoration.

Problems solved by technology

1. The material of the hair hoop is relatively harder which might pull and damage the hair, and the teeth will apply pressure on the scalp which might cause the user to feel uncomfortable after a long term wearing.
2. The structure of the hair hoop is variable and only employs the teeth to hinder from coming off, so that it is easy to become loose owing to the swing of head or the unpredictable contact.
3. The flexibility of the material has limitation, so that the hair hoop has difficult to be applied to whole different head sizes and might be broken.
4. The shape and structure of the hair hoop are fixed, so that it is inconvenient for storage or carrying.
However, although this structure can be immobilized on the head, it is still disadvantageous that only the elastic element is employed to combine with the main body for forming a circular hair hoop, so that, for wearing, the user's head and hair have to pass through the circular hair hoop first and then the hair hoop is adjusted to proper position, which means more labor and time are needed.
Besides, this structure is also inconvenient for the user with long hairs.

Embodiment Construction

[0019]Please refer to FIG. 2, which is a three-dimensional drawing showing an improved structure of hair hoop according to the present invention. As shown, the improved hair hoop structure of the present invention includes a main body 10, a male engaging element 20, a female engaging element 30 and elastic elements 40. The main body 10 has plural teeth 11 mounted on one side thereof and two symmetrical through holes 12 respectively located at two ends thereof. The circular elastic elements 40 are respectively passed through the through holes 12 and respectively have a male engaging element 20 and a female engaging element 30 mounted thereon, thereby through a mutual engagement between the male and the female engaging elements 20, 30, the main body 10, the elastic elements 40 and the male and female engaging elements 20, 30 can be approximately formed to have a circular structure.

[0020]Please refer to FIG. 3, which is a decomposition drawing showing the improved hair hoop structure a...

Abstract

The present invention provides an improved hair hoop structure for fitting on user's head and immobilizing the hair. The improved hair hoop structure includes a main body whose two ends are respectively penetrated by an elastic element, and a male and a female engaging elements which are respectively connected with each elastic element. Through the engagement between the male and the female engaging elements, a circular hair hoop structure is formed, so that the hair hoop according to the present invention can have a convenient operation procedure and can prevent loosing or coming off.

Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION[0001]The present invention is related to an improved hair hoop structure, and more particularly to a hair hoop structure which is fitted on the head to immobilize the hair and is not easy to loose.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION[0002]Generally, the method for organizing the hair is to utilize hair elastic, hair pin, hair hoop or other hair ornaments to immobilize the hair. A common used hair hoop usually has an arc shape and employs the elasticity of material thereof to hoop the head, the toughness to suppress the hair and the teeth thereon to grasp and immobilize the hair. Because the hair hoop has simple structure, light material weight and easy usage, it becomes a convenient tool for organizing the hair, especially for many women. Although the hair hoop has the advantages as described above, there still exist some problems:[0003]1. The material of the hair hoop is relatively harder which might pull and damage the hair, and the teeth will apply pressure on the s...
