Pairs of motorcycle tires and a method for improving performance and resistance to wearing, consists of a tread including grooves, the tread consisting of a central area, sided by intermediate side areas and by projection areas, the latter being adjacent to the external borders of such tread. A motorcycle tire includes at least one carcass-type reinforcement structure formed of reinforcement elements, anchored on either side of the tire to a bead whose base is intended to be mounted on a rim seat, each bead being extended radially towards the outside by a sidewall. A motorcycle tire is provided with crown main oblique grooves disposed on alternating sides of the tire equator and each extending from its axially inner end to its axially outer end, without cutting across the tire equator, while inclining to one circumferential direction, wherein the axially outer end is located outside an upstanding tire's ground contact annular zone. When measured in the annular zone, the circumferential distance between the circumferentially adjacent crown main oblique grooves existing on the same side of the tire equator is in a range of not more than 0.5 times an upstanding tire's ground contact length. In the annular zone, the crown main oblique grooves on one side of the tire equator is partially overlaps those on the other side. When measured in the annular zone, the circumferential length of the crown main oblique groove is less than the upstanding tire's ground contact length.

A method for manufacturing a motorcycle tire comprises: building a raw tire main body, building a breaker, sticking the breaker, and building a band. The building of the breaker comprises: moving two cylindrical support rings to operating positions, swelling the raw tire main body to have its crown portion protruding from the support rings through a gap therebetween, and winding a breaker ply material on the support rings to form a cylindrical breaker ply whose inner surface is adhered to the raw tire main body. The sticking of the breaker comprises: expanding a profiled deck to swell the raw tire main body into a second swollen state, and turning down both edge portions of the breaker while being supported by the profiled deck. The building of the band comprises: spirally winding a tape on the curved breaker ply while being supported by the profiled deck.

The formula formed according to the weight parts is adopted for the motorcycle tire tube rubber, product quality can be effectively improved, raw material and production cost is reduced, and meanwhile the produced tire tube rubber has good air tightness, heat resistance, cold resistance, elasticity, aging resistance and small permanent deformation; tearing strength and elongation at break of the tire tube rubber are remarkably improved, the use requirements on a tire tube in a high-temperature and stretching state can be met, the use performance of the tire tube is greatly improved, and the service life of the tire tube is greatly prolonged.

A motorcycle tire for running on rough terrain, the tire includes a tread portion including a central region, a pair of shoulder regions and a middle region. The tread portion is provided with at least one central block with a ground contact face whose centroid is located within the central region, at least one shoulder block with a ground contact face whose centroid is located within the shoulder region on each side of a tire equator, and at least one middle block with a ground contact face whose centroid is located within the middle region on each side of the tire equator.
