The invention provides a process for producing pyrethrum through subcritical continuous extraction, which belongs to the technical field of plant active ingredient extraction and solves the problems of excessive solvent extraction times in a pyrethrum extracting process and the like. An extraction device comprises four extraction pots, wherein a liquid inlet pipe and a liquid outlet pipe are arranged on each extraction pot; and a solvent circulating pipe is arranged between a solvent inlet pipe and a solvent outlet pipe. The continuous extraction process comprises a primary material extraction stage, a secondary material extraction and four stages, namely circulation stage I, circulation stage II, circulation stage III and circulation stage IV; an adopted solvent is in a subcritical state; dried flower raw materials of the pyrethrum are placed in the extraction pots; a new solvent is added from the solvent inlet pipe and is transferred to a concentration stage through the solvent outlet pipe after extraction; and the pasty extract in a concentration pot is the finished product. In the process of the invention, the solvent concentration and recirculation times are few; the production period is short; and the production cost is reduced.
