The invention discloses super-weather-resistant metal powder comprising, by mass, 20 to 26 parts of modified barium sulfate, 25-38 parts of polyester, 80-100 parts of E42 epoxy resin, 22-27 parts of zinc powder, 24-30 parts of copper powder, 26-40 parts of polyethylene wax, 29-37 parts of silicon nitride powder, 26-31 parts of microcrystalline wax, 35-46 parts of titanium dioxide, 10-15 parts of light calcium carbonate, 5-15 parts of pigment and 3-8 parts of accelerant. The pigment is one or a mixture of cinnabar and red soil; the accelerant is specifically aluminum oxide C. According to the invention, polyester is added, such that excellent weather resistance is provided. By adding the light calcium carbonate and the silicon nitride powder, the steric hindrance and hydrolysis-resistant stable monomers of polyester macromolecules can be increased, the hydrophobic property of the polyester macromolecules is enhanced, and the wear resistance of the polyester macromolecules is improved bythe silicon nitride powder, so that the phenomena that the attractiveness of a product is reduced and the service life is shortened due to the fact that the surface of a coating is damaged after several times of friction are avoided to a certain extent.
