The
subtalar joint prosthesis comprises a talus
assembly, a
gasket and a
calcaneus assembly, and the talus
assembly and the
calcaneus assembly are connected through the
gasket to form a joint structure; by means of the split structure of the talus assembly, the
gasket and the
calcaneus assembly, all the assemblies are detachably clamped, step-by-step implantation and assembly in the operation process are facilitated, and therefore the adaptability of the
prosthesis under different anatomical conditions is improved. The gasket is arranged between the talus assembly and the calcaneus assembly, a
relative motion interface is formed between the talus assembly and the calcaneus assembly, the gasket is made of the low-friction material, direct friction between
metal assemblies can be effectively reduced, abrasion is reduced, and the joint movement performance is improved. By means of the structural design, dependence of
prosthesis implantation on accurate matching of bone surfaces is reduced,
surgical operation is simplified, and meanwhile a feasible solution is provided for rebuilding after
joint fusion operation.
