Abstract

The present invention relates to cutting sections of aiding barrate (100, 200, 300). Said aiding barrate having columnar outer surfaces (202, 306) comprises cuts (204, 224, 330) extending from one end of columnar outer surfaces ti the other end, a hilar plate (322) with size and shape similar to that of the cuts, and a on-off mechanism for opening and closing said hilar plate. Said on-off mechanism for selectively opening and closing the hilar plate comprises a slightness pole (324) with its one end for supporting the hilar plate and the other end pivotablely connected to one fixing portion (point) of the barrate, a spring (326) extending between inner surface of the hilar plate and the other fixing portion of the barrate, and an expandable inflation tube (328) displaced between the pole and tother fixing portion of the barrate. The present invention also provides a method of supporting material for covering cut of aiding barrate, through which the cut is opened during a cutting and closed when the cutting is stopped. When the material has been cut, the hilar plate is closed to prevent the cutting end of the material coming down to the cut, wherein the cutting end of the material is supported to ensure that the material is transferred reliably to the tyre forming barrate.
