Abstract

The present invention discloses a fuel cell stack comprising at least one electricity generating element adapted to generate electrical energy through a reaction of fuel and oxygen, wherein the electricity generating element comprises: a membrane-electrode assembly; separators respectively positioned at both sides of the membrane-electrode assembly; and a conducting element positioned between each of the separators and the membrane-electrode assembly, the conducting element enabling electrons generated in the membrane-electrode assembly to transfer through the fuel cell stack. Thus separator can be conveniently moulded, and thickness of the separators, further the production cost and volume of the cell stack can be reduced. In addition, even the movement of electrons in the separator is restrained and resistance of the separators is increased because the metal is corroded by heat, wet gas and oxygen generated during the electricity generating element generates electricity, the cell stack provided by the invention also can electrically connect the electricity generating elements through conductive element each having conductor and terminal effect.
