[0077] The application of the association analysis between the BshN I-RFLP polymorphism site in the 5' untranslated region of the pig daily gain TEF-1 gene and some carcass and meat quality traits, the genotype detection results showed that there were significant differences in the GG genotype in 159 individuals. 58 individuals, 71 individuals with GC genotype and 30 individuals with CC genotype. In the application of association analysis with some production traits, the analyzed traits include some production traits and meat quality traits.
