Abstract

The invention discloses a method for realizing multimedia call interaction between CS domain and IMS domain, for resolving the problem of prior WCDMA system which can not realize multimedia call interaction between CS domain and IMS domain. The method comprises that holding the load method of CS domain, converting the load on the IMS domain into the load method of CS domain, to realize intercommunication, and according to the transmission method of CS domain media flow control command, completing the intercommunication of media flow between CS domain and IMS domain. Via the invention, users under CS domain and IMS domain can process multimedia call, to improve device utilization of operator and support multimedia call under the two structures.
