Meanwhile, the monitoring and dispatching center can also monitor the implementation of the task at real times. The invention has the unique character for electric power systems. Through the task assignment system, the invention increases the reasonability and science of dispatching and lifts the dispatching efficiency through the collection of historical data and the adoption of scientific statistic algorithm and smart dispatching strategies; furthermore, due to the real-time monitor, the invention makes the supervision more effective and examination fairer.
