Abstract

The system consists of two cameras, a video server, a transmission network and a monitor device; wherein, one camera is provided with a rotary tripod head, the video server transforms the analog image signal which is transmitted by the camera into digital signal, and then the digital signal is delivered to the transmission network, received and displayed by the monitor device. The present invention applies one camera as the panorama monitoring in the server, and the menu of the panorama is separated into a plurality of region; the turning angle of the rotary camera is designed to be directly aimed at the corner of one region; thus, the rotary camera can rapidly rotate to the region required by the monitor device to carry out the detection. The method and the system of the present invention do not preset the relative position of the two cameras, and the turning angle of the rotary camera is measured on the spot and automatically arranged.
