Abstract

This invention declares a tiny-oil ignition combustor of coal powder including successively connected primary air channel, coal powder concentrator and coal powder combustor with overlapping axis. At least 2 oil combustors are positioned symmetrically on the coal combustor, each has a tiny oil gun at the inlet and a coal powder concentrator connected to the outlet; the axis of the oil combustor has an angle of 40degree-60degree with the primary air channel. The symmetrically position of double oil guns solves the heating problem of distal fuel with unilateral oil gun and saves the preheating time. This invention can accomplish the preheating and drying of the fuel and ignition in a much shorter distance, which eliminates the instability of ignition and low burnout rate of coal powder because of the inadequate length of coal powder combustor.
