Embodiment 1

[0055] Embodiment 1, the arc motion control system of the azimuth axis of the large-aperture astronomical telescope includes an upper computer system and a lower computer system. The upper computer is connected with the SCI module of DSP through serial communication, and the upper computer realizes the functions of online centralized monitoring, comprehensive management, performance detection and safety protection of the arc motion control system. The lower computer system includes a DSP module, an execution motor, a signal acquisition and comparison link, and a position data processing single-chip microcomputer (ARM7). The lower computer completes the corresponding control algorithm according to the control instructions of the upper computer, and performs real-time control on the arc motor motion control system. The motor is connected with a motor drive circuit and a protection circuit. The astronomical telescope is driven by an arc motor; an absolute encoder and an increment...

Abstract

This invention discloses a curve movement control system of large-bore astronomical telescope's azimuth axis. It includes an epistatic computer system and a hypogynous computer system. The epistatic one is connected with the hypogynous one through serial communication. The hypogynous one is made up of a DSP module, an executive electric engine, a signal collection, comparison link and a position data processing SCM. It is characterized in that the telescope's executive electric engine is a circular electric engine; the engine is connected with the drive circuit and protective circuit; the signal reversing collection and comparison link are both set with the absolute coder used for the inverting of circular electric engine and the incremental coder used for position detecting of circular electric engine; coder's signal is exported to the DSP module through the position data processing SCM; drive circuit adopts digitized intelligent drive power module; the PWM of DSP module is exported to it to control the circular electric engine's revolution. This invention can meet the need of long-time and high-precision tracing and observing all kinds of celestial bodies, and also can meet the need of precise and board-timing parameter.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a control device, in particular to an arc motion control system of an azimuth axis of a large-aperture astronomical telescope. This invention is a project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the approval number is 10778629. Background technique [0002] The mechanical movement of the astronomical telescope when making observations is a tracking movement of the viewing angle of the observed celestial body, which is actually a compensatory movement for the rotation of the earth, so the average speed of this movement is 360° / 24 hours (very slow). Moreover, the range of movement (or called the distance of movement) required for each observation of all astronomical telescopes generally does not exceed an arc of 180°. That is to say, the motion of the astronomical telescope during observation is a very slow arc motion limited to an arc range. The traditional astronomical telescope tracking electromechani...
