Abstract

The invention relates to a method and device of automatically detecting an autonomous system inter-domain PCE path. The PCE searches a local BGP routing list based on information of destination node to find the corresponding upstream AS. The said PCE finds the upstream PCE corresponding with the upstream AS through local PCE list. The path list relation is established between the said PCE and the upstream PCE. The invention also provides a method and device of automatically computation of autonomous system inter-domain PCE path. The invention greatly simplifies the network configuration and solves the defect of hand operated configuration of current technique by dynamically collecting the PCE concerned with all the conditions for calculating the TE-LSP between any two nodes and PCE path formed by the PCE.
