Abstract

A device for producing tar by the continuous carbonization of plant biomass is that a feeding carbonization tube and a material discharging carbonization tube are vertically arranged inside a carbonization bed; the surrounding of the feeding carbonization tube and the material discharging carbonization tube is a burning chamber; the insides of the feeding carbonization tube and the material discharging carbonization tube are respectively filled with a helical feeding packing auger and a material discharging packing auger which are driven by a gearing to ensure that the material is turned and fallen uniformly. The feeding opening of the feeding carbonization tube and the material discharging opening of the material discharging carbonization tube are arranged at the lower part of the carbonization bed. The feeding carbonization tube is communicated with the material discharging carbonization tube by a material reversing tube arranged at the upper part of the carbonization bed. The top of the carbonization bed is respectively provided with vent-pipes which are communicated with the feeding carbonization tube and the material discharging carbonization tube, and the vent-pipes are communicated with a gas collecting tube.
