Abstract

The invention provides an emulsion pump, comprising a press head and a connecting pipe connected with the press head, with an upper one-way valve arranged on the connecting pipe or the press head; a tooth sleeve provided with a connecting structure which is used to connect the vessel port; a cylinder, the upper end of which is connected with the tooth sleeve while the lower end is provided with alower one-way valve; a piston connected with the pipe or being integral with the pipe, making reciprocating movement in the cylinder; wherein the emulsion pump is not provided a spring. Particularly,the one-way valve can be used in the emulsion pump. The one-way valve comprises an elastic pipe and a valve base, which is arranged on the connecting pipe or the press head and has a closed top and at least one opening on the lateral face. The elastic pipe covers the lateral face of the valve base elastically and closes at least one opening. The spring-free emulsion pump can be recovered without need of disassembling, thus good for environmental protection. The one-way valve can remarkably simplify the structure. Particularly, sound sealing and leakage proof can be achieved when opening.
