Abstract

The invention claims a combining method of pipe coil unit for back-flowing closed cooling tower. The combining process is: at first, an interface end of the pipe coil unit is a tunnel pipe end added with a nut to connect with a level header pipe of the closed cooling tower. A wave cutting pipe is respectively adjacent to an interface end to adjust position of the interface end; then two wave cutting pipe are welded respectively by two inlet ends of an upper and a lower four-way direct pipe section by an one-to-four ''3h'' exchanging header; then fixing the four-way direct pipe section by a positioning piece and maintaining a distance between the four-way direct pipes; finally, connecting adjacent four-way direct pipes on a vertical surface by an U-shaped pipe makes each four-way direct pipe form a four-way parallel connected pipe coil with equal stroke and resistance from left to right and back and forth. The invention makes the pipe coil easy to mount and exchange, which is beneficial to release air and discharge water. A water pouring filler can be placed between two monitors, which improve radiating effect of unit area.
