Abstract

The invention provides an LED illuminator which includes a diode body, a cavity body, a porous capillary diversion layer, at least a cooling fin and an LED luminous element. The diode body is provided with a first opening. The cavity body is provided with a second opening and a flat end. The second opening is connected with the first opening. The porous capillary diversion layer is formed in the diode body and the cavity body. A confined space is formed between the diode body and the cavity body to accommodate a working fluid. The section of the cavity body is larger than that of the diode body. At least one cooling fin is arranged at the periphery of the diode body.
