Abstract
The invention discloses a sliver clay, which is characterized in that the silver clay includes the following materials and the mass proportion: 85-92% of colloidal silver powder, 0.1-0.3 % of fluxing agent, 0.1-0.3% of oxidizer, 0.1-0.3% of welding flux, 5-6% of adhesive and the rest is water retention agent; wherein, a layer of the colloidal silver powder of colloidal material is coated on the silver powder at the periphery, the silver powder is a sphere with the grain diameter being 5mum-15mum. After being modeled and dried, if the shape is not satisfactory, the sliver clay component of theinvention can be added with water for softening and be remodeled until the shape is satisfactory.
Description
silver clay technical field The invention relates to a silver clay which adopts plastic sintering. Background technique In ancient techniques, silver jewelry is usually formed by casting. In recent years, clay containing silver powder has been disclosed and sold. The silver clay is molded in the shape that everyone likes. After the molding is completed, it is placed in a cool place, and then sintered after drying. Silver jewelry in a predetermined shape or arts and crafts silver jewelry. Such as Chinese patent CN1280045C silver powder for silver clay and silver clay containing the silver powder. There is following problem in above-mentioned prior art: 1. The shape of cast or forged silver ornaments in the prior art is difficult to shape, so the shapes are all limited to shapes that are easy to cast, resulting in limited shape of silver ornaments. 2. The silver clay of the prior art is a silver powder for clay made of 15-50 mass % silver powder with an average particl...
