The preparation method of the invention sterilizes the concentrated liquid and the drinking water separately; the drinking water uses a mature ozone sterilizing technique which can avoid the heat loss caused by heating and cooling, and can save energy greatly. The invention also provides sterilizing filling equipment that can realize the preparation method of the beverage; the filling equipment comprises a sterilizing device of the concentrated liquid, a sterilizing device of the drinking water and a mixed filling device; the sterilizing device of the drinking water is an ozone sterilizing device. The sterilizing filling equipment of the invention can carry out the continuous flow process from the sterilization to the filling, thus improving the production efficiency greatly.
