Embodiment Construction

[0020] Now take dry sandalwood bark as example, non-limiting embodiment is described as follows:

[0021] 1. Soak the dried sandalwood bark in clean water until it becomes soft and bendable. Described clear water is the spring water that mountain stream, brook flow. Soaking softens the loose sandalwood bark, and also has the functions of washing and removing some pigments.

[0022] 2. Take out the sandalwood bark and bundle it into a bundle, and soak it in milk of lime. The milk of lime is exactly the milk of lime prepared by adding 50 jin of quicklime to 50 jin of water.

[0023] 3. After impregnation, take them out and pile them on the plastic cloth, 1-2 meters high, about 500-3000 catties in a pile, retting for 30 days, in case of cloudy and rainy weather, cover the top with plastic cloth, and remove it when the weather is fine.

[0024] 4. Disassemble the stack, place in a steamer, steam for 20 to 40 hours, cool, discharge, and put on a stone slab.

[0025] 5. Stamping ...

Abstract

Disclosed is a processing method of bark slurries for producing ancient rice paper, which takes sandalwood barks or mulberry barks or Broussonetia Papyrifera barks as starting materials which are firstly processed into burnt barks and then are processed into bark slurries. The processing of burnt barks comprises: softening by water immersion, retting by alkali steeping, steaming by confining water, separation by stamping, natural bleaching, bark ripping and the natural bleaching to dry bark materials for getting the burnt barks, dipping lime with a milk quicklime content of 1 to 75 percent after the softening by water immersion, and retting by means of stacking; and the natural bleaching is to put bark materials steamed by confining water on rock patches of a hillside for exposing to the sunshine and night dew (frost), wind and rain, and for being processed into burnt barks after 1 to 2 years, and the burnt barks are pounded into bark slurries by a pounding mortar. Experiments show that the mulberry barks or Broussonetia Papyrifera barks can also be used for processing ancient rice paper as the sandalwood barks, and the service life of the ancient rice paper is longer than 1000 years.

Description

1. Technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a kind of processing method of papermaking raw material, particularly relate to the processing method of the leather slurry used for producing rice paper, exactly a kind of processing method of the leather slurry used for producing ancient rice paper. 2. Background technology [0002] Chinese Xuan paper, referred to as Xuan paper, is a favorite treasure of literati, calligraphy and painting masters. Xuan paper is defined by the national heritage protection department as produced in Jing County, Anhui Province. Xuan paper production in Jing County is represented by Xiaoling. In its heyday, it was called "Jiuling and thirteen pits, where Xuan paper is made". The remains of the original rice paper shed in Shisankeng, Jiuling, as far back as the Ming Dynasty can still be seen. [0003] The older any cultural relic is, the more precious it becomes. And take paper as the carrier, the first requirement is that the used p...
