The method acquires air traffic information of various planes by analyzing ADS-B information and GNSS information received by the plane and timely updates the mark and position information of the plane, calculates and judges the present status of the plane; when any other plane that does not communicate with the plane appears in the monitoring range, the plane enters a forwarding status, at the moment, the plane chooses a time slot from forwarding time slots to forward the ADS-B information of the other plane, so as to achieve the goal of expanding the dynamic monitoring range of the plane.
