The water lifting device is composed of a submersible pump and a tank body; the submersible pump is arranged inside the tank body; both the water inlet of the tank body and the water outlet of the submersible pump are provided with water amount control valves; the water inlet of the tank body is connected with a water supply pipe network; the water outlet of the submersible pump is connected with a secondary pressure water supply pipe network; the pressure detection device is arranged on the tank body, and the decompressor is arranged on the water supply pipe network which is connected with the water outlet of the submersible pump; and the power output source of the electric frequency control cabinet is connected with the lifting device. Adopting a surge-less deep well submersible pump, the non-negative pressure variable-frequency water supply device can save 40-70%of electricity.
