Abstract

A Zn coating is sprayed on a matrix by high-temperature electric arc so as to form a Zn film, and then the Zn film goes through low temperature ion sulfinuz processing, thereby preparing the Zn / ZnS composite solid lubrication film. The method utilizes two steps to carry out composite processing andprepares the novel Zn / ZnS composite solid lubrication film. The Zn / ZnS composite solid lubrication film has novel structure and even distribution of sulfur in the Zn film, therefore, the film of the invention has more excellent performance with regard of antifriction, abrasion resistance and the like compared with that of the current solid lubrication films, can be better combined with the matrixand is more practicable. The Zn / ZnS composite solid lubrication film prepared by the invention has rather excellent solid lubrication performance, namely, 'super lubricity', and especially under dry friction condition, the lubrication performance and the antifriction and abrasion resistance performance thereof are better than that of the current solid lubrication films; and the Zn / ZnS composite solid lubrication film can be applied to various friction surfaces of mechanical equipment and is especially applicable to the surface of precision instruments so as to reduce friction and improve lubrication conditions.
