The sensor comprises a metal substrate, a central PVDF thin film which is arranged at a central area of the metal substrate, and a first PVDF piezoelectric thin film, a second PVDF piezoelectric thin film, a third PVDF piezoelectric thin film and a forth PVDF piezoelectric thin film which are arranged at an edge area of the metal substrate. Compared with the prior art, the PVDF array tactile sensor for measuring the pulses has the following advantages: a symmetrical and annular structure with a circular PVDF piezoelectric thin film at the center and four arc-shaped PVDF piezoelectric thin films at the edges is used, thus the position angle of a pulse sensor on the pulse-feeling and palpation part of the wrist does not affect the signal collection, and the pulse information can be fully and accurately measured.
