The medi-switching server is a server group consisting of a load balance server, an application server, a data base and an over-the-air (OTA) upgrading server and is used for the information intercommunication between the client server and the wireless terminal device and for upgrading parts or whole of the program codes of the wireless terminal device through the OTA.
