Abstract

The invention relates to an interpenetrating polymer network anti-corrosive paint and a manufacturing method thereof. The paint is made of the raw materials based on the parts by weight: 20-50 parts of alkyd resin, 5-20 parts of phenolic resin, 10-40 parts of epoxide resin, 5-30 parts of cross-linking agent, 5-15 parts of phthalic anhydride, and 0.3-1 part of catalyst. In the manufacturing method, the alkyd resin, the phenolic resin and the epoxide resin are taken as interpenetrating polymer network resin, and the benzoic anhydride, the vulcabond and the amine resin are taken as cross linker. First, the alkyd resin is penetrated with the phenolic resin for a first cross bonding by using the cross linker; then, the obtained resin is penetrated with the epoxide resin for a second cross bonding by using the cross linker; at last, the synthetic resin with excellent combination property can be synthesized, and the anti-corrosive paint having high performance can be prepared.
