Abstract

The present invention is a multi-workpiece space adjustable translational modularization mechanism belongs to mechanical transmission technical field. The mechanism includes a guide track, a connecting block, an upper platen, a lower platen, a synchronous toothed belt and an inelastic flexible belt. Two terminals of the guide track are fixed onto fixing bracket of the two terminals separately. A slide block is mounted onto the guide track which can move along the guide track. The connecting block is fixed together with the slide block. The upper platen is fixed together with the connecting block, and compacting the synchronous toothed belt tight. The lower platen is fixed together with bottom of the connecting block and compacting the inelasticity belt tight. A stop screw is mounted on side of the connecting block to restrict the minimum space among the slide blocks. When the synchronously toothed belt dragging slide blocks of one terminal in translational the inelasticity belt will drag other slide blocks sliding along the guide track together. The invention just need a click and belt to drive, which reduces number of driving motors and being convenient to control, and being ableto make any slide block as power input block according to the need of work.
