Abstract

A flash memory device comprises a circuit board, a plug fixed on one end of the circuit board, and a housing coating the circuit board. The plug comprises an insulating body, a plurality of conductive terminals which are fixedly held in the insulating body; and a shielding housing which coats the insulating body. The insulating body is provided with a tongue plate which is equipped with an upper surface. The shielding housing is provided with a top wall corresponding with the upper surface. A storing chamer is formed between the upper surface and the top wall. The conductive terminals comprise a plurality of first terminals and a plurality of second terminals. The first terminals are provided with flat-plate-shaped first abutting parts which extend into the storing chamber, and first welding parts for connecting the circuit board. The second terminals are provided with elastic second abutting parts which extend into the storing chamber and second welding parts for connecting the circuit board. The flat-plate-shaped first abutting parts and the elastic second abutting parts are positioned at the same side of the upper surface and are arranged with two rows in the front-and-back direction of the insulating body. The flash memory device of the invention is added with the plurality of second terminals for reinforcing the signal transmission speed.
