Abstract

The invention relates to a direction changing method for a vehicle and a device used thereof. The vehicle is jacked up by the extension of a bracket from a vehicle chassis; a vehicle body in space is controlled to rotate to a required direction; and then the bracket is drawn back, which causes the vehicle to be in a required direction. The device used in the method comprises a controller used for controlling a gravity center adjusting part, a lifting part and a rotating part to finish the fully automatic direction changing of the vehicle; the gravity center adjusting part consists essentially of a stepping motor, a sliding track, a module and a ball screw assembly; the lifting part and the rotating part are both arranged in the module; the lifting part consists essentially of a hydraulic cylinder, a cross bearer, a spline shaft, a spline shaft sleeve, the bracket and the like; and the rotating part consists essentially of a motor, a reduction box, a bevel gear, an inner spline gear, a spline shaft, a spline shaft sleeve and the like.
