The manufacturing method of the plastic material comprises the following steps: preparing a first solution which is formed by mixing the aqueous polyvinyl alcohol solution and an aqueous methanol solution; adding the first crosslinker into the first solution; and adding the aqueous surfactant solution into the first solution.
