Abstract

Provided is a packing means for sealing, comprising a base ring member (110,111); an upper ring member (112); and a lower ring member (113), wherein the base ring member has a projection line at the inner surface thereof so as to be not slide on an outer surface of the pipe (101) but fixed thereon when the base ring member (110,111) is closely contacted with the upper and lower ring member at the same time when being rotated by external force, and also has a rib line which is formed to traverse the projection line so that a depth to which the projection line is struck into the outer surface of the pipe is restricted, and the projection line is formed into a spiral or oblique-toothed structure so as to be struck in a desired depth into the outer surface of the pipe toward the lower ring member corresponding to the upper ring member.
