Abstract

The water tank comprises a water storage tank and a medium water tank,wherein, the water storage tank is provided with a hot water outlet and a cold water inlet; the medium water tank is arranged in the water storage tank. A radiating pipe is also arranged in the waterstorage tank. One end of the radiating pipe is communicated with the medium water tank and a medium inlet is formed at the other end of the radiating pipe. The medium water tank is provided with a medium outlet. In the water tank used for the solar water heaters of such structure, the medium fluid which undergoes heating in a heat collector enters the medium water tank again after passing throughthe radiating pipe. The radiating pipe has larger radiating area, so that the medium fluid can carry out full heat exchange with the water in the water storage tank via the radiating pipe. The heat exchange efficiency is higher and the water in the water storage tank can be heated to a higher temperature. The invention also provides a solar water heater.
