The device comprises a route computing unit and a service route merging unit, wherein the route computing unit transmits a received uniform route computation notification message including multi-service failure connection information to the service route merging unit and transmits a route query request sent bya first node of a failure service to the service route merging unit; the service route merging unit sorts the service failure connection information according to the service merging and route query statistic algorithm and uniformly obtains and records restoration route information from the route computing unit; and when receiving the route query request transmitted by the route computing unit, theservice route merging unit is used for searching the record according to the route query request and returning the searched corresponding restoration route information to the first node required to restored through the route computing unit.
