Abstract

The fabric is in a double-layer organizational structure connected by face warps, the polyester-polyamidecomposite filament is arranged at the outer layer of the fabric, the cotton fiber is arranged at the inner layer of the fabric, the terylene component accounts for 40%-60% of the total weight of the fabric, the nylon component accounts for 7%-12% of the total weight of the fabric, and the cotton fiber accounts for 28%-50% of the total weight of the fabric. The fabric in the invention uses polyester-polyamide composite filament with a bigger specific surface area and adopts air jet looms and processing technology; the polyester-polyamide composite filament arranged at the outer surface of the fabric and the cotton fiber arranged at the outer surface of the fabric are woven into polyester-polyamide-on-cotton textile, and has the characteristics of high elasticity, wear resistance, moisture absorption and good heat preservation compared with the prior art.
