The embodiment of the invention discloses a detection device of a water flow tube, comprising a laser emission device and a laser reception device which are respectively arranged at two sides of the water flow tube, a current conversion amplification unit, a biased amplification unit, a low-pass filtering unit and a clamped amplification unit which are connected in turn, wherein, an integrating unit is respectively connected with the current conversion amplification unit, the biased amplification unit and the clamped amplification unit; the laser reception device sends signals to the current conversion amplification unit and the signals are converted into voltage signals and are amplified; the voltage signals are sent to the integrating unit and the biased amplification unit. When the water flow tube has dirt or has no water flow to pass through, the integrating unit sends an early warning voltage to the biased amplification unit and the clamped amplification unit; the received early warning voltage signals are amplified in a biased manner by the biased amplification unit and are sent to the clamped amplification unit after being filtered by the low-pass filtering unit; and the clamped amplification unit carries out operation on the received early warning voltage signals sent by the integrating unit and the low-pass filtering unit and outputs a preset voltage to realize early warning functions.
