Abstract

The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a flexible display by using a shape memory polymer and a compound material thereof. The invention relates to the method for manufacturing the flexible display by using the shape memory polymer and the compound material thereof. The invention provides the new method for preparing the flexible display and the implementation principle by utilizing the shape memory effect of the novel intelligent material shape memory polymer and the compound material thereof, so as to solve the problems of complexity of the flexible display prepared by the traditional materials during the using process, high labor cost, high production cost of the material, low production efficiency and the like; and the invention provides an application of taking the shape memory polymer and the compound material thereof as raw materials for preparing the flexible display. The invention discloses the method for manufacturing a flexible display device. The method is usedfor manufacturing a main body and a support of a support member of the flexible display device. Wherein, the main body and the support of the support member made of the shape memory polymer and the compound material thereof have the role of a flexible mother substrate, thereby simplifying the step of mounting the flexible mother substrate of the traditional flexible display device on the support.
