Abstract

The invention discloses a message announcing system based on locating a user behavior and a method thereof. The invention is characterized in that the system comprises: a user behavior acquisition module for acquiring a user view behavior and building a user behavior matrix by analyzing a daily; a cluster counting engine module for clustering the user behavior matrix generated by the user behavior acquisition module to generate a user group behavior matrix with a clustering algorithm; a multicast group management module for distributing a message announcing multicast group to each user, receiving periodical query from a user terminal, and returning a message announcing multicast group address corresponding the user group to the user terminal; and a message announcing management module for remaining the feature user behavior matrix of a message announcing type, when announcing the message, counting the related coefficient between the message announcement and the user group, and distributing the message announcement to the user group with the related coefficient which is higher than a preset threshold value through a multicast information channel. The invention also discloses a message announcing method based on locating the user behavior.
