The wind generating set of the invention omits two components: a horizontal tail fin and a horizontally rotating rolling bearing; and because the horizontally arranged blades also have the function of the tail fin, the blades can face wind from any directions in 360 degrees and rotate to generate electricity, thereby greatly improving the working efficiency of the wind generating set.
