Abstract

The invention provides a centre frequency adjusting device for communication receiver and related method thereof. The centre frequency adjusting device comprises an analogue-digital converter, an analogue filter which is coupled with the communication receiver and used for converting one output signal of the analogue filter into a digital signal, a frequency deviation estimator which is coupled with the analogue-digital converter and used for estimating carrier frequency offset of the communication receiver according to the digital signal, and a control circuit which is coupled with the analogue-digital converter and the frequency deviation estimator and used for adjusting the centre frequency of the analogue filter according to the carrier frequency offset. By virtue of the centre frequency adjusting device, the centre frequency of the analogue filter can be matched with the signal received by the communication receiver and distortion of received signal can be improved.
