Abstract

The invention relates to a driving method of a liquid crystal panel and a liquid crystal display. The driving method of the liquid crystal panel comprises the following steps of: receiving three primary color signals; correcting a second primary color grey value and a third primary color grey value according to a white balance look-up table which is established according to a first primary color grey value; converting the first primary color grey value, the corrected second primary color grey value and the corrected third primary color grey value into a first primary color boundary value, a second primary color boundary value and a third primary color boundary value according to a first primary color boundary, a second primary color boundary and a third primary color boundary; and outputting a first primary color over-drive grey value, a second primary color over-drive grey value and a third primary color over-drive grey value to drive corresponding pixels on the liquid crystal panel.
