Benefits of technology

This patented technology improves upon existing methods such as traditional treatments like activated carbon or ion exchange resin columns. It allows us to reduce airborne contamination caused during stormwater purifying operations while also reducing waste production. Additionally, the use of advanced materials helps create stronger layers over longer periods without rebuilding them after each pass through an oxidizing atmosphere. Overall, this new approach provides technical benefits including improved environmental quality control, reduced economic losses associated with excessive landfill disposal rates, lower operational expenses, increased effectiveness at removing harmful substances, reduction of negative impact on human health due to smaller particles released into environmentally sensitive areas, elimination of secondary deposits when compared to conventional processes, and more efficient utilization of resources within the system's limited capacity.

Problems solved by technology

Technological Problem addressed in this patents relates to improving the recovery ratio or operational effectiveness of recycled rainwater from various sources like industrial production processes, municipal sewage plants, public facilities, etc., while also addressing issues related to air quality regulations around usable space within buildings during construction period. Current solutions involve expensive treatments involving activated carbon filters, pumps, pipes, valves, and chemical agents, leading to increased operation expenses and wasted power supply.

Embodiment 2

[0077] 1. Target wastewater

[0078] Washing wastewater is mainly used to wash hotel tablecloths, towels, etc. When washing, mainly add washing powder and a small amount of hydrogen peroxide, the water is weakly acidic. Because the wastewater has a lot of phosphorus substances, before entering the biochemical pool, add a small amount of calcium and iron salts for coagulation and precipitation. Raw water quality average: COD Cr 204mg / L

[0079] 2. Process parameters

[0080] use as figure 2 and image 3 For the shown device, the specific process parameters are as follows:

[0081] (1) Sludge drying and filtering device 7: the same as in Embodiment 1.

[0082] (2) Collecting pool 1: same as embodiment 1.

[0083] (3) The first biochemical pool 2 is changed to a coagulation sedimentation tank.

[0084] (4) Biosorption tank 4: Same as in Example 1, the hydraulic retention time is 1.5h.

[0085] 3. The effect of wastewater treatment:

[0086] In reclaimed water, the ave...

Abstract

The invention relates to a reclaimed water recovery treatment method and a device; the treatment method includes that: a first level biochemical treatment is carried out on waste water, and then precipitation is carried out, then a second level biochemical treatment is carried out and the water is recovered after sterilization; aeration is conducted in the first and the second biochemical treatment processes; the first level biochemical treatment adopts microporous Polymerized cellulose ether filler and the second level biochemical treatment adopts the biosorption method; and the sludge generated in the second level biochemical treatment process is flushed back to the first level biochemical treatment process. The device comprises an electric control system and a waste water treatment unit; the waste water treatment unit comprises a water collecting tank, a first level biochemical tank, a sedimentation tank, a second level biosorption tank and a sterilization tank which are sequentially connected; aeration devices are arranged in the first level biochemical tank and the second biosorption tank; the second level biosorption tank is communicated with the water collecting tank or the first level biochemical tank through a back-flushing pump. The reclaimed water recovery treatment method and the device are widely applicable to various reclaimed water recovery treatments.
