Embodiment

[0021] figure 1 It is the principle block diagram of the downhole program remote update device based on EDIB bus of the present invention

[0022] Such as figure 1 As shown, the surface logging system includes a program processing module 1 and a data sending module 2. The update program is compiled by the CCS software to generate a .out object file, which is sent to the program processing module 1 in the surface logging system as input. The program processing module 1 parses the .out target file into a BootLoader data stream, and then turns it into hexadecimal data, and encapsulates it in accordance with the downhole instrument control protocol data format. The data transmission module 2 performs Manchester encoding on the encapsulated hexadecimal data, and the differential signal output after encoding is driven by the linear drive chip, and the transmission mode transformer is isolated and coupled to the EDIB bus.

Abstract

The invention discloses a remotely updating device of an EDIB (Electronic Data Interchange Bus) based down-hole program. In a ground logging system, an updating program is compiled as a target file of .out by CCS (Compiling Program Software); in a program processing module, the program is analyzed and extracted to be changed into hexadecimal data and then is encapsulated; in a data transmission module, Manchester encoding is performed, a differential signal outputted after encoding is driven, isolated, coupled and outputted to the EDIB. In a down-hole apparatus, the differential signal on the EDIB is coupled, linearly received and reshaped in a data receiving module, and outputted to FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) for Manchester encoding so as to restore the hexadecimal encapsulated data; a program updating module extracts the hexadecimal data from the hexadecimal encapsulated data, restores the hexadecimal data as an object code capable of being identified by DSP BootLoader and then writes the restored hexadecimal data in a program storage via a programming library function so as to update the program of a down-hole apparatus. Without influencing on the normal logging work, the ground system and the down-hole apparatus are reconstructed to improve the logging efficiency.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of program remote updating, and more specifically, relates to an EDIB bus-based underground program remote updating device. Background technique [0002] The CNOOC Service Technology Center developed the ELIS logging system and proposed a communication specification for downhole tools. [0003] Existing Technology The Chinese Utility Model Manual published on February 18, 2009, with the authorization announcement number CN 201196089Y and the name "a communication circuit for downhole tools" provides a ground logging system for communication with downhole tools One end of the communication circuit is connected to the logging system on the ground through the EDIB bus, and the other end is connected to the data acquisition and processing system of the downhole instrument through a duplex serial port; the communication circuit is composed of a field programmable gate array chip, a central Processing unit, data memory,...
