The device comprises a processing module and a sending module. The system comprises the RTSP sever and an RTSP agent. The embodiment of the invention directly carrys the user identification required for authentication when an RTSP request is sent, no additional server is needed to be additionally arranged to acquire the user identification, thus simplifying the process of acquiring the user identification from the streaming service, saving service cost and expanding the application range of the service simultaneously.
